I grew up on McNeil Island, home to America’s last island prison,
accessible only by air or sea. People seem to find this pretty
interesting, so I keep making comics about it. Here’s three stories
about what it was like to move to the island, shop on the mainland,
and how a prison break almost ruined my birthday.
4.25 x 5.5, 24 pages, b+w interiors, color cover.
